Benz International began with the idea of finding a global market for the creative abilities and craftsmanship of local producers in countries within South East Asia such as Indonesia, many of which are family oriented businesses. Our business is centered in Bali, which is home to our main producer base. The company's mission is to sell a range of unique and creative products to markets in the United States, Europe and other locations by organizing local family producers into cohesive groups according to the materials they work with, items they produce, and their artistic styles and abilities.
We have placed selected items into our digital catalogue using high definition digital cameras. Benz International has created a network for creating goods in small and large quantities, and the relationships we have with our more than 300 producers are extremely strong. Many of the Benz International staff have family ties to, or close friendships with, our producers' families.
We believe this unique approach promotes fair trade at competitive prices, while at the same time preserving traditional crafts and the cultural identity of our producers's families.
